Maryculter is a small Parish that consists of many homes and farms that are communally located around the Church and the Kirkton. We are a thriving and close knit community.

Our environment and land use has physically changed little over many centuries. As a direct result, the area is steeped in environmental conservation areas, areas of landscape significance, listed buildings and ancient monuments. Our area supports an abundance of diverse and sensitive wildlife and flora.

Maryculter is also an Ancient Parish, which has historical significance to Scotland. The lands, estates, buildings and heritage need to be protected now and for our future generations.

We need to preserve and protect our Communities, our Environments and our Heritage.
